Shipping policy


⏱ Turnaround Times

 

  • Our current turnaround time is 5–10 working days.
  • Turnaround refers to the time it takes us to make and prepare your order before dispatch.
  • Working days are Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Please make sure you allow enough time when ordering for a specific date.
  • If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you via email.

Note: Turnaround time does not include shipping. Please add courier delivery times on top of our processing time

 


🚚 Dispatch & Shipping

 

  • All orders are shipped once completed, within the turnaround time.
  • Our set postage option is 2–4 working days after dispatch.
  • Orders are dispatched between 9am–6pm, Monday–Friday.
  • Example: If you order on Wednesday, your order may be completed and dispatched the following Monday. If the courier has already collected from the parcel shop that day, your parcel may be collected the next working day.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery within 2–4 days, even if this is stated by the courier. Their website will provide the most up-to-date timescales (usually “aim to deliver”).


📦 Order Status

  • Your order status will only be updated once it has been shipped.

 

⚠️ Postal Delays

  • Once we hand your parcel to our courier, it is in their care.
  • We completely understand that delays are frustrating, but investigations must be handled directly by the courier.
  • We cannot contact them on your behalf, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues quickly.
  • Guaranteed delivery information can be found directly on the courier’s website.
