Personalised & Custom Items

  • As most of our products are handmade and personalised to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations if you change your mind.
  • Please double-check spellings, dates, and details before placing your order, as we will create your item exactly as entered. Refunds or returns won’t be accepted if details were entered incorrectly during the ordering process. 

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Personalised Items

 

  • For non-personalised items, you have the right to return within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer law.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned at your own cost.
